I am responsible for everything that has happened to me, and everything
that has not happened.

This is such an impacting statement for me. When I heard this from Brian
Tracy it made me realize more than ever that I am responsible for my own failure, unhappiness, success, and happiness. I want to make more money and have more free time in my life. In my past job selling new homes, that was limited due to the shift in the market. I was responsible for making a change so those things could happen. It was not just going to fall into my lap!

Here are a few things that I learned from this video that you can do
immediately to make a significant change in your life NOW!

- No more criticizing. That gives your power away.

- No complaining. Complaining is when you position yourself to be a victim.

- No blaming. Modern psychology has found that blaming is the root of unhappiness.

Powerful emotions make you powerful and negative emotions make you weak.Most people fail by default. They don’t fail by something they did. They have failed because of something they did not do.

This statement is true with iLearningGlobal.

I realize the only way I will fail with this company is if I do not share the videos and the opportunity with others.Most successful people look at themselves as if they were self employed. See yourself as the
president of your own life.

These two statements are important to me in assisting me to charge forward in life. When I was selling new homes, I would not just allow people to go through the model homes without being there to answer all their questions. I had pride in my profession and not a day would go by that I would not ask, “If I were the owner of this company would I approve of my actions?” This is part of having a great work ethic. It did play a big part in my success as well. Seeing myself as the president of my own life does make me accountable to me! It makes me want to excel and help all those that I am working with. I have carried that over to my iLearningGlobal business as well.

“Set a goal so that we become something not to get something.” I realized in my new home sales career I got so much joy in not just getting the sale, but developing the trust in people. There were many times that I was told I was one of the determining factors in the buyer making the decision to move forward in purchasing the home in my community verses another community. That gave me tremendous joy. I know that it is important for me to have meaning at what I do in life. Money is a result on a job well done. Especially when you are in a profession that is 100% commission. I saw that with iLearningGlobal not only was there great income potential, but I was going to become a better person along the way. Now I also get to assist others in becoming better at whatever it is that they do in life as well.

“Why do you want to set a goal that you already know that you can achieve?” “There is absolutely no inspiration in that.”

“If you are going to change your life you need to step out of you comfort zone.” I was very successful in new home sales. That is what I knew how to do very well. I loved my career and planned on retiring in that field. Then the market changed and I knew that I was going to have to make a career change to keep my lifestyle. I made a giant leap out of my comfort zone of real estate into network marketing with iLearningGlobal. Because I have chosen to step out of my comfort zone, I now have the opportunity not only to keep my lifestyle, but to make it even better AND be a happier person.

“You either step forward for growth or backward to safety.” Wow! Isn’t that the truth! I have never been one to go backward in life. I am not going to start now! I am moving forward in life and by watching and learning from some of the most successful people in the world. That is assisting me to make giant steps forward in life!

When?

When are you going to start working on your dreams?
When are you going to start taking care of yourself?
When are you going to forgive and make amends with a family member or
friend?
When are you going to forgive yourself and move in a positive direction?

When are you going to further your education?
When are you going to spend more time with your spouse and children?
When are you going to stop that habit that is hurting you and your family?
When are you going to throw 100% of yourself into your job while you
are at your job?
When are you going to break that sales record?
When are you going to quit letting others decided how good you are and
how far you can go?
When are you going to start believing again?
When are you going to quit accepting mediocre and your “lot in
life”?
When are you going to stop blaming and complaining?
When are you going to take a “real” vacation?
When are you going to start your book?
When are you going to let people know how much they mean to you?
When are you going to say, “Thank you!” to that person who
has changed your life?
When are you going to turn around and start over?

1. Take Action and Start your own Business: Develop an overwhelming
determination to become financially independent –The days of job
security are long gone, now is the time to take charge of your future
and start your own business with iLearningGlobal- Don’t negotiate
with your Dream.

2. Overcome Your Fears- What is FEAR: (Falsely Expecting Awful Results)
Quit worrying about what might happen in the future. Do what you Fear
and the Fear will disappear! Don’t focus on the inner chatter
(I wont be able to pay my bills or I’ll fail at this venture),
focus on what you can control. Overcoming your fears will set you free
to create you own destiny!

I believe we become free when we create and then follow our destiny.

What is destiny?

Webster’s Dictionary defines the word as meaning fate. Look up
fate in the dictionary and you’ll see that fate means the supposed
force that predetermines events. I believe that this supposed force
is our MIND. If we use our mind properly by taking action and executing
our ideas and the opportunities presented to us in the way that we are
capable of, then WE truly can become the supposed force that predetermines
the events that occur in our lives. Our destiny resides within us. It
is our freedom, the great potential we have, the supposed force waiting
only for our minds to unleash it.

I know what many of you may be saying: I can’t influence my destiny.
My credit cards bills and student loans are too high. Or, I have to
work two jobs just to make my rent or pay my mortgage—and I can’t
even think about saving the down payment for a house like my parents
owned while I was growing up. That’s wrong thinking—you
can influence your destiny. You can shape it, make it become real.

Believing we can influence our destiny requires huge thinking, an even
bigger amount of belief. But each of us can think, right? Each of us
can believe, right? Right—each of us can positively influence
our fate.

As Robert Ringer stated in his book, Million Dollar Habits:

“When your mind believes something to be true, it stimulates your
senses to draw to you the things, people, and circumstances necessary
to convert the mental image it houses into its physical reality.”

Your dreams can come true, in other words. As Abraham Lincoln once said:

“You become what you think about.”

There’s something else that also often holds people back in the
pursuit of their dreams: fear. Following your dreams can be scary. You
might be rejected. It will take hard work. There will be obstacles along
the way. But you must risk pursuing your dreams to become free.

As Walt Disney once said:

“All our dreams can come true—if we have the courage to
pursue them.”

Are you free? Are you doing each and every day what your
heart is calling you to do in both your professional and personal life?
I Believe with IlearningGlobal you will find the tools you need to be
free and create your own Destiny- Remember you can get exactly what
you want out of life!

Many times we sit down and complain about our circumstances; rather than seeking solutions we just become depressed and give up on our dreams.
I’ve done it, maybe you have too, but there is another way!

CHOOSE to seek an attitude of OPTIMISM- Athletes do it every time they walk on to the field - they prepare a mental image of victory and believe it.
Today at 47 I feel more vibrant and alive than ever- I am enjoying the challenges of walking on the fields of business and life. Things may change around me but I don’t worry any more about what I cannot control-I enjoy things more and feel more in tune with my surroundings, more aware of my mortality and more conscious of my possibilities. My attitude is one of loving my life!

For so many of us we don’t think big things can happen with something
as small as ONE. When we think of ONE- We all think of the song ONE
is the loneliest number that you’ll ever find.

If you think about it -it only takes ONE comma to change a million
dollars to a billion dollars. It only takes ONE idea to change the lives
of millions…

My life changed ONE day when ONE person introduced me to ONE concept.
“Change the way you view life- adopt an attitude of gratitude.
Every morning wake up and thank GOD for all the blessings in your life”.

Wow that’s deep-I didn’t know what to say. I thought from
my perspective I was enjoying life- That I was thanking GOD for all
the blessings in my life- In that moment I decided to see what he was
seeing and hearing- so for the next seven days I started writing everything
that came out of my mouth and tried to capture every thought on paper.
